Kakotechniōn Diké

（κακοτεχνιῶν δίκη). An action in the nature of one for the subornation of perjury, and might be brought against a party to a previous suit whose witnesses had been convicted of perjury in an action ψευδομαρτυριῶν. The details relating to this action are not known. See Meier, Att. Process, pp. 45, 386.
