Executor's Sale of A Most Valuable Dwelling and Premises at the Southeast Corner of Marshall and Eighth streets, and two Likely Young Negro men, at Auction, By virtue of the will of C. J. Macmurdo, Jr., dec'd, and at the request of the parties interested, I shall, as Executor, expose to sale, at public auction, upon the premises, on Monday, the 19th day of September, at 4½ o'clock P. M., the Dwelling and Premises of the late C. J. Macmurdo, Junior, being lot No. 790 in the plan of the city of Richmond, situated as above stated, fronting one hundred and thirty feet on Marshall street and running back one hundred and sixty-three and four-twelfths feet.
The dwelling is large and handsome, and, both by its construction and location, is the most desirable that has been offered in this city for some time past.
