Judge Lyons's Court.
--This Court met yesterday morning, at 11 o'clock. Letters of administration were granted in numerous cases — amongst others, upon the personal estate of Gen. Chas. S. Winder, who fell in the battle of Cedar Mountain.
The criminal docked for term of the Court is three or four times than ever before.
This morning several cases will be proceeded with.
