Cairo May 15--An expedition consisting of six squadrons of Wisdonsia cavalry, from Caps Garardean, went to Bloom field on Saturday. Early on Sunday morning they fell upon Colonel Phelan's rebel camp, scattering the enemy in every direction. A large number of horses and a quantity of camp equipage and ammunition were taken. A rebel force, numbering six hundred men, infest Chalk and Bolar Bluffs, impressing all the men and sweeping the country of its horses and cattle supplies which are sent South.
