By Mr. Stages: Of providing by law for compensating the Sergeant of the city of Richmond for services rendered by him in cases of the Commonwealth: By Mr. Kaufman: Of so amending the militia law that companies shall not consist of less than eighty five and not more than one hundred men, rank and file. By Mr. Barbour: Of incorporating the Cathain Furnace Company, in the county of Spotsylvania. By Mr. Harrison: Of so amending the 8th section of chapter 151 of the Code of Virginia as to provide for the indemnity of the officers taking possession of any property under the provisions of said section.
