From the Rapidan. Orange C. H., Feb. 1. --The enemy's cavalry, guided by a man named Robinson, dashed across Robinson's River early on Sunday morning, capturing some of our pickets. After visiting Madison C. H., and capturing the contents of the mail at that place, they re-crossed to Culpeper county. The enemy have been scouting during the past week, and changing camps. Major General Breckinridge arrived here to-day, and is the guest of General Lee.

From Charleston. Charleston, Feb. 1. --No casualties at Fort Sumter. The bombardment of the city continues steady. The firing has been more rapid this evening--two persons slightly wounded. A fire broke out on Commercial wharf this afternoon, which destroyed a row of cotton factors' offices.
From East Tennessee. Morristown, Feb. 1. --Our cavalry now occupy Seviersville, the enemy having retired to Marysville. Our loss in the engagement of the 27th was not as great as reported, being only 125. The weather continues very pleasant.
