A global search for the octal number 127 (W) in a string:

Description
The \ddd metacharacters matches the Latin character by an octal number (ddd).
Syntax
new RegExp("\\ddd")
or simply:
/\ddd/
Syntax with modifiers
new RegExp("\\ddd", "g")
or simply:
 /\ddd/g
