About Me
I've been writing all of my life. Now, nearing sixty-five, I find myself able to do so full-time. I live in southern New Jersey with my wife, best friend and personal hero, Helene Drago. We have two grown children, Kim and Andy, whom we adore ... one dog and two goofy hens. We travel, hike, kayak, and otherwise enjoy this later chapter in our lives. Life is good. I'm the author of (as of January 2025) twelve published novels, all of which are summarized on the My Books page. My short fiction has appeared in numerous anthologies and literary magazines. I'm also the founder, publisher, and managing editor of Allegory (www.allegoryezine.com), a twenty-plus-year-old e-zine that publishes science fiction, fantasy, and horror from around the world.
