Customer support doesn’t work
My account was hacked and card was used for online purchases, had a very hard time to talk to a real person: their support system just doesn’t work except FAQs etc.,online bot chat promised to hook me with an agent, never happened, as on the phone “listening to the song” for 1 hrs 25 mins, with no luck in the end. Quite frustrating experience, hope nobody ends up there.
