Customer support doesn’t work

My account was hacked and card was used for online purchases, had a very hard time to talk to a real person: their support system just doesn’t work except FAQs etc.,online bot chat promised to hook me with an agent, never happened, as on the phone “listening to the song” for 1 hrs 25 mins, with no luck in the end. Quite frustrating experience, hope nobody ends up there.

it was great to send money to other…

it was great to send money to other monnese account but when i put in my account sometimes it takes to long,like up to 5 days.

Very quick and amount showing as soon as you tap- so convenient for small purchases and receipts not required.

Only thing I dislike is initially…

Only thing I dislike is initially international transfers were quick but now it seems there's a delay in how quick the recipient receives the tranfer

Everything was great before but I had…

Everything was great before but I had UK based account and also Euro account but for the last week I can't get in it since it closed and when I try to sign in or either create new account I get stuck on face video confirmation, sent maybe 20 if not more videos of my face and still nothing. Customer service is really bad, received one reply few days in that said to follow steps to get back in my account and it doesn't work. When I messaged them twice to transfer my remaining money to my other account I didn't receive money or reply. So my money is just stuck with them and I can't access it.. very disappointed in customer service and that I can't get my money for some reason.

Can't get in touch with customer…

Can't get in touch with customer service through app. Monese doesn't reply to emails for some reason. phone number doesn't exist. I pay fees each month for mysterious reason. Let me know please how to contact with you. Thanks

When they cecks to find if you are home…

When they cecks to find if you are home on the address declared in previous steep wich cant be modified by user anymore and its actually hardly matching because we cant see a map or something to get directions by a pin as its asking to be exactly in one point, no 1 metres away to be successfuly

Is very easy to transfer and receive money, the app is offering all the information that you need and protection from fraud. Monese is the best!

Don’t use for important things

Generally okay service. But out of nowhere they closed my British account because Apperently I was not a resident there anyomore. Without any prior warning. No reply from agents with chatbot or customer support email. A few thousands pounds now that I can’t access screwing me up. Use Revolut, much better
