The attorney was excellent

Eric was clear in his recommendations and stated important information I needed in order to make a decision on what to do or consider doing. He was also very kind and compassionate as my wife died in July from her serious cancer she had. She is now in Heaven I told him and is in no more pain and she is with Jesus. The entire process of finding a lawyer was great!

The entire process of finding a qualified Lawyer was great. When Trevor called me he had my initial notes and went over them with me. He answered all of the questions I had and suggested that I contact the VA Attorney General's Office to file a consumer complaint if I wanted but that is up to me. There is no real action I can take legally at this time.

HVAC technician was knowledgable and helpful. He outlined next steps and was patient. He gave us the answers we needed, even though they were not what we hoped. He did confirm that we needed a different professional to correct the problem created by the last company.

Was hesitant, and ended up incredibly satisfied

As a retired business owner of 30 years, I was quite reluctant to use this website, especially when there was a minor charge to get started. Something I typically don’t do.

There was no chat available, which disappointed me a bit, but I received a text from Blake, promptly. He gave me two options I could consider with my unusual situation, and after 10 years of trying to solve this, he gave sent those two options that were overlooked by everyone else. For that I am grateful, and I will totally use Blake again. Thank you Blake!

Trying to avoid the costly ER on Sunday night…

The doctor was very timely and knowledgeable in his responses. I expressed some concerns about her symptoms and he helped to ease my mind about them and avoid a costly ER visit before she could get to her regular vet. Appreciate the service.

I have been trying to get this door for…

I have been trying to get this door for several months now dealing with local Camper sales and have been getting nothing but promises. Within a few minutes I was ordering the door after send him the information I received. I hope it’s the right door because it is no refundable and very expensive.

The advisor referred me to a video to…

The advisor referred me to a video to show me the location of the fusebox under the dash, which I was unfamilar in this vehicle and could not find in the maintenance manual. He gave a couple of ways to hardwire the dashcam. His explanations were clear to understand.

Borderline fraud This company takes advantage of the…

This company takes advantage of the fact many people would be asking a question in a panic state. You pay the £10, get to ask your question, wait for a reply which in fairness you have probably found the answer elsewhere while waiting. 3 days later you discover you have signed up for a monthly account which removes £27 from your account. You are £37 pounds down and next to nothing to show for it. Its a disgrace and damn close to fraud.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Website leads you to ask your question ( about a dying pet
Btw, how sick is this company) you are then informed they will put you through to a vet for 5 $ , so you pay, there’s is no vet answer ever though and the next thing you know is an email informing you of your „subscription“ for 40$ a month. Need to get the Credit Card Company involved straight away, although I strongly feel it should be the FBI. Criminals, really, nothing else.

This is a scam

This is a scam I asked for basic legal advice and selected a £10 option for basic texted advice. They took the £10 from my account even though I didn’t get the advice. A few days later they took £50 without my authorisation from my bank. When speaking to their customer services department they claimed to have no knowledge of me, the customer care team isn’t a dedicated company one, they answer calls for various companies. My advice to anyone thinking about using this service is DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
