The best thing about Swappa is the accuracy of the battery health for iPhone purchases. As long as they keep offering that as a pre-purchase fact (instead of a generalization like “battery health will be over 80%)” I will continue to use them first - before I check any other site. It sets them apart from other sites like eBay, Backmarket or Gazelle. I refuse to buy an iPhone without knowing exactly what I’m buying. Swappa is the leader in that regard.

I use swappa all the time usually without issue. However I have been trying to buy an Apple Watch for the last month. The first seller was non-cooperative and swappa had my back. With their help they had PayPal issue me a refund and the second seller went smoothly. Love my new watch, thanks swappa!

Purchased a used phone. Took it to get screen protector installed and tech pointed out a crack under the glass on the display. It can only be seen with reflected light. I've written about issue, staff asked for photos which i provided weeks ago, I've contacted support email and I've gotten no help whatsoever. I've been scammed, I'm disappointed in what i read was the safest way to buy a used S24 ultra. I can't afford to get it fixed. This is a horrible experience.
