The order was placed and delivered fast

The order was placed and delivered fast and according to plan.

I give only one star less because some steps from the process of placing an order were a bit difficult to understand at first - like the way I should write the phone number, then which delivery option to choose. There was one for 0.00USD which was weird.

Other than that, a great service!

Bad customer service

Bad customer service! I shipped a box last October and FedEx lost the box, when I filled a claim FedEx told me that the site which I used for issuing the shipping label should file the claim, I tried to reach them “shipixy” many times but no body answered ! And I lost the box and the reimbursement

This was my first time using this…

This was my first time using this company to ship a package to the UK. The only problem I encounter was the instructions for drop off location which was unclear. Otherwise everything went smoothly and my package arrived at its destination within the time specified. I will definitely use this service again

There is no clear communication…

There is no clear communication regarding when the customer will be able to print a shipping label. I have paid for my shipment and would like to print the label and get the box to FedEx; but I can’t until SHIPIXY sends me the label to print. I have checked my Junk/Spam folder as well as my inbox. So, right now I’m feeling cheated. Clear communication about how long it should take for SHIPIXY to send the label would help.

After opening a Chat session with SHIPIXY, the customer service rep was able to email me the shipping label. If they had gotten me the label as expected this would have been a 5 star review.

Affordable international shipping

First time using Shipixy to mail a box to Germany. Very affordable pricing. Had trouble finding the shipping label but customer service helped me out quickly and emailed it to me. Will be using this service again.

Your service was very easy to use loved the speedy delivery, shipment was not harmed, and you cannot beat the price.

Your service was very easy to use. Almost too easy. I had to double check everything to assure myself that you were legitimate.

Responsive, attentive, prompt to help

The operator has been helpful, forbearing and very much responsive. Alex guided me through the whole procedure and while being very attentive has also been much friendly. It was my very first time shipping from US to EU and I would have been lost without the app’s chat.

Shipixy had the cheapest shipping rate…

Shipixy had the cheapest shipping rate I could find for my package. I had a problem printing the label, but customer service responded to my email and fixed the problem expeditiously. I will use Shipixy again

The shippers were very cordial and…

The shippers were very cordial and friendly. They took great care to be sure my items were secure and protected. It was a pleasure to deal with them. And the items were delivered in a reasonable amount of time and were just as friendly and cordial to my daughter and her family. I highly recommend using your services!

Shipixy staff they respond to you…

Shipixy staff they respond to you quickly and try to help you the most, I was having problem in shipyourcart website to ship 3 parcels, they arrange and call them even though they dont have too! They done this just help me out, thats very nice and kind of them, I respect that

Fast international shipping

Amazingly fast shipping was an impressive surprise. It was little hard to complete all the shipping info via mobile, but it was fairly straight forward on a desktop website. Definitely recommend for international shipping.
