Company is not flexible to customer needs. I have been asking them to offer both monthly and yearly plans so people can choose whatever they want. They won't listen nor act... They don't understand that at corporates each and every invoice has to be processed through multiple levels so we hate monthly plans.. Some other services I have do not offer yearly plans but allowed me to pay yearly and gave an invoice for it.

As far as podcasts go, it's an good company but nothing extraordinary..

All the folks at buzzsprout have been so helpful and kind- they never have said I'm stupid, even if my issue may be easily fixed, they're happy to help. And SO fast to respond! And generous- I was able to attend an important convention thanks to Buzzsprout ❤️ so grateful to get to work with them!

Great service, great customer care

We've been using Buzzsprout for three years and we're very happy with the service. Perhaps the only disadvantage I see is that if you don't use all your allotted time one month you lose it, even if you need it the following month, which means that you actually have to pay extra for the same service. That being said, prices do seem reasonable, so it's not a big inconvenience.

I truly did not know where to go to what to do to start a Podcast; only the desire to make one. I had the necessary equipment but knowhow to use it, so I started researching podcast companies. After looking into many avenues, I chose Buzzsprout. Buzzsprout made it simple to navigate their system and upload episodes.

Buzzsprout is such a user-friendly platform to use that I've enjoyed for over three years now. It simplifies the hosting element of starting a podcast. The weekly reports of how many listens and the celebrations when you hit milestones are super fun to receive.

The process is so easy to upload, process, edit show details and post. Also love the analytics offered. There are still features I haven't begun to explore but Buzzsprout has covered the bases and then some for this fledgling podcast.

My relationship with you keeps me stimulated with the reminders, with the topics, the articles. To be honest I usually do not read or hear the podcast that you suggest but just the topic you propose is stimulating to me.

The set up was really easy and customer support responded quickly, promptly and professionally when I did have an issue. Which wasn’t even an issue, just me being an idiot!

Everything about this website is amazingly easy! We had no problems getting our podcast up and running in no time and getting add-ons was literally a click away! Setting up monetization was the easiest part and we’re really excited to keep this going!
