Friendly customer service team who responded the next working day. Alex the plumber was respectful and polite. The job was completed effectively however took longer than expected as he had to leave twice for parts he didn't have.

Extremely expensive and it’s likely this business will soon disappear. Buy something then the online tries to stick delivery on top,,,, as all of their stores have no stock apparently have zero stock. Some of the staff know what they are doing and they are in a very small minority. I buy for my business elsewhere and have for 30yrs,,, but have tried to give CEF a chance, but they are seriously not good.
