not easy to use, not a good program if you are not a specialist. I think it should be deleted. The issue is that you have to use it. Too many big companies use it so don't complain just do.

I had a few issues trying to figure out how to edit the template that was uploaded, but once I was able to figure it out things went perfect.

Easy to use. The programmers should make it easier to capture test in PDFs and should not display the half-decoded pictures until they are fully in resolution - It would look more professional.
