I-180/220 Beltway to the first Williamsport exit, Exit #23 "Warrensville Road/Third St" Go west onto East Third St about 0.7 miles, thru 3 traffic lights. (You will pass a K Mart on your right, at the west end of the Loyal Plaza, at about the 3rd light.) The Best Western Inn is on the left (south) side, along with a TGI Fridays.
