Established in 1946, Estrel's is a made-to-order cake shop which has only one branch in Quezon City. Though, in recent years, the high demand of this honest to goodness cakes made them bake limited quantities for walk-ins, which also sell fast so ordering ahead of time is really the way to go. The cakes must be consumed on the day of pick up because they use no preservatives which guarantees freshness but makes the life span of the cake shortened. But hey, once you opened the box, I assure you, there's no need to put it to the refrigerator because everyone will love it!
