We are looking to add an Account Director to lead the overall planning and direction of multi-channel direct response fundraising programs for our agency clients, through partnerships with the analytics, media, production, digital and creative teams to ensure that campaigns meet clients’ marketing and financial objectives. This is a key role to support of THD's donor community. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Donor Ambassador will be responsible for programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the development of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, this individual will ensure that leadership donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously stewarded for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Our work creates top-of-mind presence among constituencies and a level of importance that will create support and advocacy from the individual donors. In this role, you will collaborate with the Donor Advancement Manager to manage communications, including the development and deployment of segmented communications based on donor behavior, geography, language, and culture.
Part Time Schedule
Flexible – Monday through Friday – mornings, afternoons and/or evenings.
Typically, 20 to 30 hours per week with flexibility.

We have an opportunity to join our Creative Team as a Print Production Studio Artist to help worthwhile clients achieve their missions. As a Studio Artist at THD, you will be part of an integrated team that develops highly effective multichannel creative for marketing and fundraising campaigns. You will work alongside Designers, Creative Directors, and Writers, along with Production and Account Management professionals, to bring fundraising strategies to life. As a Studio Artist, you will prepare electronic artwork for print vendors, ensure packages are produced properly, and meet the needs of the Account Teams and clients. In addition, there will be opportunities to help execute various design pieces.

We are looking to add a Senior Account Executive to our team to participate in the development and execution of multi-channel direct response and digital campaigns on behalf of non-profit clients. This person will manages daily contact with clients, monitors campaign process and coordinates the efforts of production/creative to ensure quality service to clients. This person will produce results analysis and contribute to budget development.
