The Tertiary Stage

The tertiary stage consists of vibrating feeder, vertical shaft impactor, final sizing vibrating screen, belt conveyor, fines separation unit, spiral classifier and high rate thickener or classifier for water reclamation.

The advantage of tertiary stage is that we achieve cubical products, which is best suited for road construction, ready mix concrete and other applications.

The products obtained from these three stages of crushing are GSB, 40 mm 20 mm, 10 mm aggregates and manufactured sand which is being supplied to many prestigious and quality conscious customers.
