  1. Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH) at Mumbai faces the largest influx of patients from all over India. It has created 9 new cancer hospitals across India and is set to add 6 more. At Tata Memorial Hospital, 60% of registered patients receive free/highly subsidized treatment. The Hospital is in the midst of constructing a new block called Platinum Jubilee Block (PJB) and will also be starting a new Gastro Intestinal Department there. The Hospital has appealed for CSR funds for the procurement of surgical equipment for its Gastro Intestinal District Management Group (GI DMG) that will be eventually shifted to the new Platinum Jubilee Block of TMH when it is commissioned in 2027.
    The Bank donated Rs. Two Crore Fifty One Lakh to Tata Memorial Hospital for procurement of the necessary surgical equipment.
  2. BYL Nair Hospital has a dedicated Medical Social Work Department that is involved in raising financial and medical aid to meet the expenses on medicines, investigations, surgeries and treatments for poor and needy patients. It provides financial assistance, emotional support, nutritional aid, counselling and rehabilitation services to patients and also arranges for expensive equipment etc.
    To assist in this noble cause, Saraswat Bank donated Rs. Fifty Lakh to the BYL Nair Hospital.
  3. The District Women & Child Hospital, Sindhudurg has 100 beds and operates under the aegis of Jilha Shalya Chikitsak, Sindhudurg. It is an important centre for it is dedicated to problems of Women and Children and sees many from neighbouring talukas also. The recently set up hospital is in urgent need of resources for medical and general use such as X Ray machines, foetal monitors, cardiac machines, warmers, suction machines, wheelchairs, stretcher trolleys, medicine racks, refrigerators, cupboards, patient waiting chairs, etc.
    To support this initiative, Saraswat Bank donated Rs. Thirty Lakh to the District Women & Child Hospital, Kudal, Dist. Sindhudurg.
