Swing For the Fences

We like to play a game over at the Scrap Shotz forum called layout tag which begins with an inspiration layout for the first player who completes their layout then "tags" the next person on the list  until everyone has created their layout.

This was my layout from the most recent game of tag:

I am sorry I can't recall which paper line this was and it's not available anymore and I used it all up on this layout. The border of baseballs is my favourite part, after that cute thumbs up photo 😉.

A Layout to Share...

Hello and welcome here!

I am up on the Scrap Shotz Snap Shotz blog with my April kit projects. Can you guess how many projects I created? You'll have to pop on over to the blog to see the final tally :).

In the meantime, here is a layout I created a little bit ago during a round of layout tag at Scrap Shotz:

Sorry I can't recall the source for all the supplies. The football is a Jolee's Boutique sticker, the alphas are Jillibean Soup.

Our first layout tag of the year at Scrap Shotz produced this layout. The "title" is cut from a piece of Fancy Pants paper.

I substituted pattern paper for some of the photos in the layout I lifted, all papers are Sketchbook by Amy Tan, quote is an Ali Edwards stamp. Love how this turned out!

A Layout Tag...

We play layout tag every month at Scrap Shotz and it is lots of fun!
I was tagged by my fellow Creative Team member Jamie and this is what her lovely layout inspired:

My daughter was so proud of her first research project on the platypus in 2010. I love how this turned out and it came together very quickly. I finished this in a few hours instead of a few days :).

Tag, You're IT!!!

If you like challenges, layout tag at Scrapshotz is full of them this weekend! We're playing layout tag and card tag where you create your project based on the what the person before you does. We added a twist by asking participants to also incorporate one of the monthly Creative Team challenges for the layout tag and one of the Card Crew challenges for the card tag. There's still time to join us! Here is my layout and my card if that inspires anyone to join in!

I've been loving the Glimmer Mist lately and loved using a Prima mask I haven't had a chance to use yet.

Here's my card, no mist on this though ;)
