A beautiful skirt with 3 lacy ruffles, worked from the top down. Skirt features an elastic waist for a perfect comfortable fit. Pattern uses sc, dc, ch, and slst. It is an easy pattern and would be a great pattern for the beginner who knows each of the stitches and can follow a basic pattern.
