These socks were inspired by autumn leaves when the storms arrive and the trees are stripped naked for waiting winter and snow. Phyllodium = A flattened leafstalk that functions as a leaf, as in an acacia.

The socks are worked cuff down and they have French heel.

Skill level: Intermediate, includes twisted stitches (1x1 cables)

Finished measurements: Foot and leg circumference unstretched: 18 cm / 7 inches, to fit foot circumference of 20 - 24 cm / 7.75 - 9.5 inches

Yarn requirements: Fingering weight yarn, Wollmeise Sockenwolle 80/20 Twin, 150 g /466 m (510 yards):
