Agendio.com new website!

Agendio.com has the most customizable planners and planner insert pages I have ever seen. You get to choose absolutely everything about your planner: Which month to start, which day of the week your planner starts with (for example you could even have your weeks start on Wednesdays if you want!), customized lists, add your own events and holidays, on and on.

Agendio recently rolled out their new website, and it looks great! Scroll down the main page to get an overview of everything they have to offer, then when you are ready you can click on Menu in the top right corner to find everything you need.

Agendio also has gift e-cards now! You can purchase credit toward a customized Agendio product, and send it to anyone (via email) as a gift.  This is a wonderful way to give a customized planner as a gift while letting the recipient create their own planner to best suit their needs.

Here are some suggestions to get you started:

Start at Features and Options. You'll start at the Basics, then keep scrolling to see all the customization options. There are tons! This is a great way to start thinking about what you want to include in your planner. Keep on scrolling through all the Organizational, Design, and Content features so you can get a good idea of all the options.

Agendio has some new extra pages you can add like monthly or weekly trackers, goals pages, budget pages, etc. They also have tables that you can customize and add your own labels.

You can see how the customizer works here. Scroll through to see how you choose which type of product you want (planner, inserts, or notebook), which size, which layouts (daily, weekly, monthly), formats, customization, personalization, extra pages, etc. The Preview option lets you see what your planner will look like page by page so you can make any adjustments before you hit Purchase.

I customized a new planner, which is on its way to me and should be here in early December. I will be sure to post a full review when it arrives!

One of the new features I got in my new planner is their Personal-Year planner, which you can start any day of the year (such as your birthday). It has special pages to track goals, intentions, etc all year, monthly or weekly.  I think this would be a great way to track your goals and personal progress all year. Another great use for this type of planner would be for new parents to track their baby's growth and development all year. It would be a great way to record all those milestones and firsts!

I have created and reviewed Agendio planners and Filofax inserts before, you can click here and scroll down to see my reviews here on Plannerisms, and click here and scroll down to see my inserts reviews on Philofaxy for more information on how the customization works and to see planners I have created.

I recommend taking your time to go through all the options and see what you can do. The possibilities are endless. After you have chosen your planner format, you can do things like adjusting the line spacing wider or narrower, shading the background of specific areas of your pages, adding circle or square checkboxes (or not), choosing your fonts, colors, add tabs, on and on. You can label your list spaces, make your daily schedule start and end at the times you choose, and add your own events and holidays.

All of your information is saved year after year, so if you want to reprint your same planner it's already in there. Or if you want to create a different planner using your saved events and holidays, you can have those automatically added to your new planner. You can also have different holiday and events lists, so for example if you want to create a planner for someone else, you can have a list of their holidays and events specifically for their planner too.

Agendio has a referral program that works like this:

If you have never registered with Agendio before, please click through this link to see the information on the planner I made and register at Agendio. Then if you order a planner from Agendio, I will receive a discount on my next planner (which I will inevitably order, because customizing my own planner is very addictive!). It doesn't cost you anything at all, and I will get a discount on my next planner. Thank you!!!

I recommend Agendio planners to people all the time. If standard planners just aren't doing it for you, a customized planner just might be what you need!

Agendio 2017 planner with new features!

Early last month I did a post featuring some of the new features of Agendio custom planners (Agendio.com). I created a planner on their website with lots of the new features so I could show them to you!

Here are some of the new features:

Spiral binding, which allows the planner to be thicker. This accommodates their new page-per-day planners, and planners with added extra pages (more on that in a minute).

Elastic closure accessory with your choice of metal charm, or plain. I chose the celtic knot! The elastic is not attached to the book, so you can use it year after year.

Custom cover, allowing you to choose your cover's design and color. You can also add your name, initials, year, etc.

I'll walk you through the planner I created. I chose the weekly planner with monthly pages, with two notes pages after each month. You can choose to have the monthly pages embedded in the weeks, at the front of the book, or at the back. I chose to have the monthly pages all together at the front of the book.

This planner is the medium size, with the Model number 32116 weekly layout.

The paper in this weekly planner is pure white, 105 gsm paper which is excellent with any pen.

I apologize for the quality of these photos! It's hard to get good light this time of year. Trust me when I tell you these pages look much better in real life. You can click on the photos for a larger view.

You choose which month to start your planner. I chose a January start. The first two-page spread is the current and future year, starting with your starting month.

You can choose extra pages to go before your planner pages. I chose a couple of pages of Contacts, which I did not take a photo of for some reason. Anyway, I find it convenient to have a place at the beginning of my planner for frequently-called numbers.

Next I have my monthly pages. Look at those nice big day spaces!

There are lots of things to customize on the monthly pages. I kept it pretty basic, but there are loads of options you can add.

Another new feature I love is that you can choose colors for your planner pages. You can have the same color throughout, or choose a different color every month. I chose a different color each month. I love that the colors are pretty without being obtrusive in any way.

Between each monthly spread I chose Notes pages. You can choose which types of pages you want: lined, blank, dot grid, Budget, etc. I added custom titles. Between each month I have a lined page for Personal notes and goals, and a dot grid page for Work notes and goals.

Next are my weekly pages. Again there are loads of custom options you can choose, I kept it pretty simple. On the right page you can divide those list spaces smaller and add more titles if you like. I created one list for Personal and one for Work. You can choose your line spacing, if you want square or round check boxes or none, solid or dotted lines, etc.You can also choose a fill color if you want. I used the fill color in the Goals boxes at the top.

You can choose exactly which holidays to print in your day spaces, or none. You can choose holidays for any country in the world. You can choose all the holidays for that country, or just some. You can also choose which religious holidays you want, and moon phases, or none.

You can also add events and activities to your day spaces. I added all kinds of things. Many of them have personal information that I didn't want to show, but below you can see some of the things in my day spaces: blog posts, whether it's Trash or Recycling day (I mark out the one it's not. This keeps me from rewriting "Trash" and "Recycling" week after week.), holidays, days of note, etc.

I added all kinds of things to my day spaces. I realized it was easier to type in the days my kids have no school than to flip through my planner pages and write them in by hand, so I have all the No School days pre-printed in the days. I added things like when it's time to submit monthly invoices, paying bills, when insurance payments are due, when my dog is due for vaccines, and annual events in addition to the usual birthdays and anniversaries. Agendio saves your important dates so you don't have to type them in year after year, they can automatically be printed in your next planner.

After my weekly pages I have several extra pages, another new feature. I added some lined pages for Personal notes:

I customized a Budget page to create a Giveaways Tracker for the blog:

I customized another Budget page to have a page to record my credit card payments.

I chose other options like perforated tear-off corners, and pockets in the back.

I'm very excited by all of these new options! Agendio allows you to truly create exactly the planner you want, with additional custom pages and loads of customizable features.

Create your planner at Agendio.com!

I received this planner for free in exchange for a review. I chose all the custom features myself. I am not affiliated with Agendio in any way. My personal opinion: I am extremely impressed with the quality of these products and with the numerous custom options.

TOAD (Today Or Any Day) Customized Planner/ Diary

I'm not posting very often here on Plannerisms these days, because I post four times a week over on Quo Vadis blog so most of my Planner Talk goes over there. But every now and then I discover a new planner that I feel compelled to write about. This is one such planner!

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with TOAD in any way, and I paid for this diary myself. I do not receive any commissions and I do not represent the company in any way. I am merely a happy customer and wanted to share my experience.

TOAD (Today Or Any Day) www.toaddiaries.co.uk is a diary (planner) website in the UK where you design and customize your diary.

You choose everything about it: which weekly or daily layout you want, with timed appointments (and whether you want them to 15, 30 or 60 minutes), or with no appointments. You can choose a week + notes layout, a standard week across two pages, or a week per page. They also have family style formats that allow you to keep track of multiple people each week.

You choose which month to start your diary, and how many months you want in your book: 6, 12, 13, 16, 18, 21, 24 or 36. I chose 21 months for far-future planning!

There are loads of options, go check out their website to see what you can choose. I'll walk you through the planner I created and tell you about some of the options.

I chose an A5 size planner with wire-o binding, you can also choose book-bound. The wire-o bound planners come with a frosted plastic cover for durability.

They have tons of cover designs to choose from. Under the plastic cover you can see the cover I chose: Cover Theme Molten, Cover Design Halcyon. The Molten designs are images of ink and oil floating on water. I think they are all gorgeous, but my favorite color is purple so of course I had to go for this one! You can also personalize two lines on the front and back covers.

I'll walk you through my book. The inside of the front cover has a bunch of time-related quotes to inspire you. There is an If Found Return To page with the story of how Toad Diaries started.

There are several pages for personal information and important contacts:

There is a page with holidays and notable dates so you can write the ones that are relevant to you into your day spaces.

There are year overview pages for the previous, current and future year:

There are monthly planning pages that allow you to see six months per page:

I chose the week across two pages format, but you can also choose week per page, week + notes, timed with appointments, daily, etc.

I chose the diary + journal, which has 80 pages in the back of the book for notes! This is a great option for Bullet Journalers who want to be able to plan and bullet journal in the same book and are sick of drawing their own weekly pages.

The notes pages are NUMBERED and there is a Contents page for indexing!

At the back of the book there are 16 more pages for notes, which I'm guessing must be what comes in the normal (non-journal) diary. There is also a pocket, a card holder pocket, and a ribbon placemarker.

There are some other surprises in the book which I won't tell you about!

I don't know what the weight of the paper is, but it's superb: white and smooth, and on the back side I can hardly tell it's written on, even with my roller ball pens.

I ordered my book on a Wednesday morning and it was delivered the following Monday, which is super-fast delivery, especially for a custom book! I think TOAD ships internationally but I don't know their rates, you can contact them for more info on international shipping.

TOAD also makes dated inserts for Filofax and compatible ring-binder brands in A5, Personal and Pocket sizes.  They also make A5 7-hole inserts for Collins ring binders but I don't know if these are compatible with Franklin Classic size. As with the bound books, you can choose the starting month and which layout/ format you want.

They also make notebooks, but not just regular notebooks. You can choose if you want lined pages, blank, dotted etc or mixed: lined and blank, dotted and lined, grid and blank, etc!

They are adding new features all the time, so check the TOAD diaries website often to see what's new!

You can also find them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Agendio customizable planners

Oh my gosh, you guys. Get ready for this.

So you've probably already seen reviews for Agendio.com on The Well-Appointed Desk and Homemaker's Daily (and if you haven't yet, you should. Go click through the links to check them out. I'll wait. Are you back? Ok good.).

I have to admit I'm annoyed that other bloggers got their posts out before I did on this new planner brand. I don't like to be scooped! ;) But I wanted to take my time to really get to know their system before I posted.

Agendio.com is a new planners website where you build every aspect of your planner. You choose the starting month, size, the layout, fonts and colors. But there's WAY more to it than that. Scroll down on their home page to see the overview of their features, then go to Features to see more details. Are you back? Okay good. I'll talk you through the options.

There are lots and lots of templates to choose from. Then within those templates there are lots of options. For example you can choose a weekly format with days as columns, grid, or rows. Would you like monthly pages with that? Cool. Which layout of monthly pages would you like? And would you like your months at the front of the book, at the back, or embedded between the weeks?

What colors would you like? How would you like your days to appear? You can choose it all. Edited to add: If you don't see the exact layout you want, let them know and they can probably create it for you! In the template I chose, I wanted more timed space and less space below the daily column. So they created that for me! They really want to make the perfect planner for you, so let them know what you want.

I chose a vertical weekly layout. In this layout you can choose if you want your days timed, or not. If timed, you can choose what time to start/ end, and if they are timed to the hour or half hour. You can choose which day to start your week. You work shifts and your week starts on Wednesday? No problem!

Then within your weeks there are more things to customize. There are areas called Divisibles where you can create your own labels for whatever: categorized lists, areas to do menu planning, a spot for each person in your family, weekly goals, etc. In the planner I made, I created spaces for all my different work projects, plus personal tasks. Different layouts have different amounts of space for these divisibles, so you can choose a little or a lot of space for your lists. You can have it as one big open space, or divided. It's your choice!

There are other features called Pagelets, which are in various locations around the page. You can decide if you want a month view on the weekly pages, a space for weekly goals, etc. One Pagelet feature I found especially intriguing is the Span which I haven't seen in a weekly planner before. It is on some of the vertical column weekly formats (but not all of them, so look carefully). It allows you to draw across the days so you can see how many projects you are working on at once. Here is their explanation of Spans:

"Span pagelets allow you to plan tasks across many days. See in one view how many tasks require your attention at the same time."

I could go on and on about how to customize the appearance of your planner, but it's kind of like the Matrix: you have to see it for yourself. Start on their home page and scroll all the way down to the bottom so you can see the overview of the features. Then take some time to explore and try different sizes and formats. Be sure to click on every area on the planner pages, because every part is customizable!

Then there is a whole 'nother layer of customization: you can choose holidays, recurring events, and special occasions.

There are national holidays for just about every country in the world, so you can choose holidays for your country, countries where your friends and family live, places you'll be traveling this year, or your dream destinations.

There are also regional and state-specific holidays and observances you can add too.

There are religious holidays for just about every religion too, so you can add your religion's holidays, those of other religions in your area, or none at all.

You can enter recurring events like birthdays and anniversaries. You can enter things that happen once a year, once a month (like checking smoke alarm batteries), every week (like the staff meeting on Mondays or to put out the trash every Wednesday), things that happen on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week, or things that happen daily (take meds, exercise).

You can even choose when to start and stop events if they don't happen all year. So for example if you or your family have activities only part of the year (like sports, prep for taxes, family vacations, etc) you can enter those for only the duration when they happen.

All of your events and holidays are stored for the next time you make a planner! So every year, your planner can automatically have all your important dates printed into it. Or you can adjust and change them for your new planner. As you wish!

Again I recommend really taking your time to explore every aspect of these planners because they have so much to offer!

There are also accessories to choose: which color elastic closure strap (color-matched, or black), tear-off corners (or not), pockets, extra notes pages, etc. For you paper geeks out there: the paper is white and 90 gsm.

For all the customizable options you get in these planners, the prices are remarkably reasonable. I really went to town on mine with the largest size and most features and accessories, and it was still only just over 50 bucks. Which is amazing compared to some decorative planners out there that run into the $60-70 (or more) dollar range.

Agendio.com is based in North America. It does ship internationally, but not to all countries. Go under Shipping on their FAQ page to see the list of countries they currently ship to.

Be sure to check out their Promotions page for sales!  Right now until November 30, 2015 you can get 25% off the cost of any planner! Also you can get a code to create a customized planner PDF. Click here for promotions details.

My planner is being processed now and will ship to the UK, so it will take a couple of weeks to get here. When it arrives I will do a full review and show you all the features I chose.

For those of you who use a Filofax, Franklin Covey, Day-Timer or other ring binder planner, get ready! On Nov 28th they will have available planner refill pages for these! You can sign up for an email notification when they are ready. I will explore those and do a post about them on Philofaxy.
