Royal Kat Monday Color Challenge!

Hey Y'all!! Welcome to another Monday QKD Royal Blog Hop!!

If you arrived here from Penny's blog then you're on the right track!! If not, you'll definitely want to start at the beginning of the hop so as not to miss one gorgeous creation!!!

Today's instructions were the following: Pink, Purple, White, Grey.

Not my normal set of 'go-tos' which is why this was a GREAT challenge for me!!! My first grab was to my PTI purple designer paper. Then I found my Grey Martha Stewart flowery paper and lastly the awesome cupcake paper!

I was set...I grabbed some SU! and PTI cardstock and my pre-selected stamps and started.I layered and centered my panels in increments of 1/4". And the center panel in 1/2". My adorable Puffy Bug nestled all snuggly in the middle. They are ridiculously cute. If I'd made my card bigger I would have done 3 panels with one each of the images.

I stamped Puffy in Purple Colorbox ink an heat set her. I colored her and her fluffy little one in with my Copics. She's matted and stitched to a double layer of Martha Stewart papers.
I worked on my sentiment panel with the Hello from the Sweet Memories Mini set (so versatile..it's awesome!) and the heart from the Happy Skullz Stamp Set.
I then used the Buttony Bow technique but with double ribbon in lieu of twine. The button is SO cool. It was in a container of buttons from my Great-Grandmother's sewing basket. I've been waiting to use it and this seemed like the occasion to do so! And I LOVE how it came out!
Ok now! Off you go to Linda's blog!!
