Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. 

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing an order. OBDeleven is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. Please verify your information carefully before confirming your purchase.

We advise adding all the items you want to purchase to one shopping cart before placing your order. We are unable to group the goods from several shopping carts, and their shipment charges will be added to each order. Customs duty only applies in certain cases (parcels traveling outside the EU) and is not included in the shipping cost.

We provide these shipping methods:
 
Standard shipping 
The package will be sent via Lithuanian Post or Deutsche Post. Shipping normally takes between three and 14 days when shipping in Europe and between seven and 30 days when shipping outside of Europe. Due to exceptional situations (e.g. national holiday, strikes, COVID 19, force majeure, etc.), some orders may be delayed. 
 
Express shipping
The package is sent via UPS or DHL carrier delivery time is between one and three business days in Europe and between two and five business days when shipping outside of Europe.
 
The Amazon fulfillment
Services are processed once the payment is confirmed and dispatched every morning via Amazon carrier services automatically. Regardless, once the order is placed no changes regarding delivery can be made. The delivery time is around 5 business days.
