| Our apps allow users to explore how things were made and how they work—all for a low, affordable price in place of purchasing the real thing. A lot of people enjoy taking things apart and putting them together as a hobby. Other people have expressed interest in our apps as a precise technical manual for maintenance and mechanical work. |

| Why should I pay for each model instead of purchasing one app with all of the models? |
| This is because we are constantly releasing new models. This is not a static, frozen project—it’s more like a TV series with a new episode each week (yes, we plan to release new models often). If you are not interested in purchasing each model individually, we do offer users the option to purchase lifetime access to all existing and upcoming models. |

| Unfortunately, you cannot. The purpose of our apps is not to show you how to create the guns, but to show you how they were made and how they work. We do not provide any blueprints or specific details about the technology or steps required for production. |

| Our models cannot be downloaded—they can only be used in our applications to browse and manipulate. If you need models for your business, please contact us directly for more information. |

| What should I do if I can't (or don't want to) allow internet access to Gun Disassembly 2? |
| Every time the program is run, it will ask the server if any updates or new models are available. The server also, however, informs the program what models have been purchased by the user. If the program has no internet access, then the features will not be available. You do, however, have the option to register and purchase the models for manual download. | What are the minimum requirements to run your apps? |
Our requirements are very low. You can even run our apps on netbooks with integrated video chips. Our products have specially-optimized models for such cases.
In general, our basic system requirements are Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 OS, with 1Gb RAM, 200mb HDD and any video card with OpenGL support.

| Why am I not able to run your application on Windows 7? |
| Sadly, Windows 7 does not come with OpenGL hardware acceleration. The solution, however, is quite simple -- you just have to install the latest drivers from your video card vendor’s website (nVidia, ATI, etc.) and the app should run perfectly. |

| I’m getting strange video artifacts with my nVidia/Radeon video card . How can I solve this? |
In most cases this is caused by the sophisticated graphics enhancements in modern video cards, which are not very friendly with the OpenGL API.
First, try installing the latest drivers for your video card. If this does not help, turn off all picture enhancements in the video card’s drivers (like Radeon Catalyst AI) and switch the graphic settings to “best performance”.
