Mark your calendars, every pony! MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE is back for a second season of friendship, magic and laughs with the Mane 6 starting April 10 at 11:30/10:30c on Discovery Family. The eOne produced series will also stream live and on demand on Discovery Family GO, the network’s TV Everywhere app. 

Season 2 of MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE continues to feature the Mane 6 galloping through Sugarcube Corner. Together, they discover mysterious objects, uncover puzzling scenarios and experience binding moments. The second season of MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE challenges the Mane 6 with tough decisions that test their strength, such as Rarity having to choose between her friends or the opportunity of a lifetime she’s presented with. MY LITTLE PONY fans should look forward to endless adventures with unexpected twists and turns in every episode.

Each 11-minute bite-sized episode of season 2 of MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE features stories accompanied with humor and sparks of magic. In the series premiere episodes titled “Cute Impact & The Crystal Capturing Contraption,” Twilight Sparkle makes a startling discovery but instead of telling her friends, she decides this is one problem she must solve alone. Meanwhile, in hopes of becoming Equestria’s newest pony news reporter, Fluttershy interviews the rest of the Mane 6 about the coming Cotton Candy Comet, but Pinkie Pie is too distracted to help.

Featuring the same iconic voice actors who made the Mane 6 famous in the mega-hit MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC, the new MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE series is a departure from the Equestria that viewers were introduced to in 2010. Featuring a more playful tone combined with completely reimagined characters, MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE explores the funny side of friendship set in Sugarcube Corner – the center of the world and home away from home for the ponies. Here, Pinkie Pie serves up frosted cupcakes to the best customers in the world –  her friends! Together, the Mane 6 run into all sorts of cupcake conundrums, delicious disasters, and magical mishaps. And thanks to a mysterious source of magical potions, everyday adventures are about to get really ridiculous!

Each 11-minute bite-sized episode of MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE features playful stories grounded in modern-kid dilemmas with over-the-top humor and tons of magic. Viewers should expect the unexpected with dialed-up personalities, energy and tone. Plus, each pony now has a signature “adorability” power that boosts their personality in an outrageously wacky way! In the series premiere episodes titled “Princess Probz & The Best of the Worst,” the ponies help Pinkie Pie audition for a televised cooking competition called the Royal Jelly Juggernaut. But when the rest of the Mane 6 are caught in a sticky situation, Pinkie Pie has to audition all on her own. Later, Rainbow Dash's competitive spirit is put to the test when a new pony challenges her to a contest unlike any other: being the best of the worst!

Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ:HAS) today revealed the next exciting chapter for its successful MY LITTLE PONY franchise.  MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE, is an all-new animated series produced by Hasbro’s Allspark Animation, launching in 2020, with a robust product line inspired by the series and available from select retailers this winter. 

The “Mane 6” characters fans fell in love with in MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC are back with all-new character design inspired by chibi-style animation.  The MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE series launches next year with all-new content premiering on Discovery Family and Discovery Family GO and short form content on the MY LITTLE PONY YouTube channel. MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE features the same voice actors who made the Mane 6 famous in MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC.

The new look for the franchise kicks off this winter with an exciting product line featuring toys designed to Reveal the Magic of Friendship with the comical characters and mysterious potions that are featured in the animated series.  The new line dials up the magic experiences more than ever before with magical potion surprise, magic growing hair, magic color reveal hair, and more!  Each product can reveal even more magic with a special potion bottle to unbox in every package.  Amazon will be the first to debut select new products on November 13.  Additional MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE product will start hitting shelves at select retailers in December – just in time for the holidays.   Toys "R" Us will be the exclusive destination for the MY LITTLE PONY Magic Potion line in Canada in 2020.

PONY LIFE episodes feature hilarious, “SLICE OF LIFE” stories that modern kids can relate to.  The series is LOADED with magic, including a mysterious source of potions that Pinkie keeps hidden behind the bakery counter and breaks out when the need arises.
