Final Day Verve's Release Spotlights Hop

Hello everybody!

It's the final day of our March Spotlight Hops!

Here is my card  featuring Rise Above:

I  decided to do a little mixed media for this card, because of the sun. I just love this image!
And I thought the bicycles on this pattern paper were perfect! I sponged the edges of the paper, and I painted a little white Gesso on the lower left to make an area for the sentiment.

My next card features New Beginnings:

The flowers were created by masking and stamping the images with Black Archival ink, which I colored with my Zig Watercolor pens. Of course I had to add some sequins (I love sequins)!!!

Verve's March Release Spotlights Hop Day Four

Welcome back to Day 4 of Verve's March Spotlight Hops!

Here is my card featuring these FANTASTIC stamps and dies!

I stamped the flowers and sentiment with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with black embossing powder. Next I watercolored the images with Distress inks. And added a few sequins and some twine.

My next card was done the same way except with white embossing powder and pastel colors!

I love, love, love these flower stamps and the amazing dies!!!
 I am sure I will be using them a WHOLE  lot!!!!

Aren't these bunnies the cutest????

My little bunnies were colored with Copic Markers. After coloring the bunnies, I masked them and added the background by sponging Distress inks for the sky and grass. And I had to add some carrots!
Bunnies love carrots!!!

I colored the coffee mug with Copic Markers. I topped the whip cream with some Frosty Lace Stickles. Yum!!! I hear Starbucks calling my name!!!
And since this sentiment is all about love, I thought that coffee mug would look awfully cute against the heart from the Love Notes stamp set!

Day One Verve's March Spotlight Hop

My card today features New Beginnings.

I just love the beautiful sentiments found in this stamp set! 
I framed the sentiment with the older Verve stamp-Making a Statement and matching die -Rounded Scallop Frame. The flowers were paper pieced and fussy cut. And that gorgeous bow was made with some gorgeous Verve ribbon!  Hope my card makes you think of a pretty Spring day!
