As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and reliability to our customers, our GoTo status pages will undergo service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: August 20 2024, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to enhance communications about system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: All GoTo’s product status pages will be consolidated to status.goto.com. Any customers who are utilizing any of GoTo's status pages will potentially experience a 5-minute downtime if using any of the old page links instead of the new status.goto.com

IMPORTANT: ACTION REQUIRED to confirm your statuspage subscription

Furthermore, customers will receive a subscription confirmation email from noreply@statuspage.io entitled [GoTo status] Subscription confirmation during the week of August 5th, 2024. Rest assured, this is a legitimate email and requires your action to maintain your subscription to our new status page.

Note: SMS and Slack subscriptions will not be migrated. If you wish to use SMS instead of email you are free to remove your email subscription and subscribe with SMS instead. And if you want to continue with your Slack integration you will need to re-subscribe yourself.
