At Fueled, we are committed to supporting our employees through huge milestones and demonstrating that we are committed to their entire identities, not just their work selves. Our parental leave policy is a significant aspect of our company culture, and many of our employees have taken advantage of this benefit during their tenure at Fueled. In this blog post, we’ll hear from several employees who graciously share their experiences of navigating the delicate balance between their professional responsibilities and the joys of being a parent.

But First… What Does Fueled Have To Offer?

At Fueled, we are proud to offer a generous parental leave policy that provides up to 16 weeks of paid leave for the birthing parent and up to 4 weeks of paid leave for the non-birthing parent in the United States. This offering sets us apart from many other companies that provide only 12 weeks of paid leave or no paid leave at all. Moreover, our company culture values a supportive work environment that encourages employees to embrace this significant phase of life.
