Reflection on an interesting week… This week we kicked off the year in Prague. Many sessions to get inspired and I had the privilege to join a panel discussion on main stage… Some of my learnings: 💡 Sometimes you have to get out of your comfort zone 💡 Team, team, team – dare to win together 💡 Think about including someone else in the team (which you might not have thought of) 💡 When you have a challenge, make sure you know what the problem is you are trying to solve 💡 When you know it can be done, consider if you should 💡 Prague is beautiful – Will definitely come back And what I already knew (and talked about): 👉 Customer Success is about focusing on the customers’ business…how obvious 👉 Value realization is key, adoption is even important 👉 Identify risks as early as possible avoiding icebergs 👉 Navigate the customer through your organization, it’s their blind side 👉 Be transparent, honest and direct in your communication.... the Dutch might have an advantage here 😊 And not to forget: 👉 Inspiration comes from meeting new people and re-engaging with the ones you know 👉 Inspiration comes from meeting people with drive who wants to make things happen #lifeathexagon #makethingshappen #beingdutch #inspiration

I'm Brazilian, born in Atibaia, a tiny city near São Paulo. I have a degree in International Relations and am passionate about new cultures and experiences. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐲? 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞/𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦? At Enabley for more than 2 years now, with more than five years experience as a CSM. While I've worked with different products and clients, I have always enjoyed a multicultural work environment with people from all over the world. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫? Starting my career in business development and sales taught me the value and effort required to acquire new customers and hence, the importance of keeping them. This awareness moved me to switch to the CS and today I see that it was an excellent decision. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐛? The sense of partnership. Not only with the team but also with the customer who is committed to the same purpose. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐛? Keeping a balance between what the customer wants, what he needs, and what is possible. It involves constant client maintenance and understanding both sides of the business really well; that of the client, and that of the company you represent. 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫? Competence is not knowing everything, but being able to learn something new when necessary. 𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧? Anywhere where I can meet new people and explore new places. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝? There is an African proverb that says "I hope that when death comes for you it finds you alive". I hope to be remembered as someone who was very much living!
