When you take money twice for same ride, what is the problem to refund the excess amount. This is gross nonsense and please refund my money back.  Dear Chandu,This is to inform you that there are issues with the monthly pass on the first few days of the month because of heavy traffic on the website. We are going on somnath and cross the dari toll plaza and my Fastrack are also working but on shown his system and he said required paid for Rs.180 cash for advance payment and car are parking on side of road after discussion we have refund the amount But I have going to his cabin he said he paid his toll and not refund the amount and not checking Fastrack and bed behaviour for him and not proper response them So, please suggest we are the process for toll plaza charges by government Indian Highways Management Company Ltd. Worst service, updated documents 3 times for KYC, but rejected, at the time of purchase of fasttag their agents wrongly mention our names, now not possible to change the name and simply rejecting KYC, and put hotlist the vechile, unable to cancel the tag, or no ther option to repay the balance amount. Daily paying double the toll price. Who will give my money?

In tamilnadu between Paramakudi- rameshwaram no four way but toll fee collected as per 4 way track tariffs. Full traffic and trespassers more reduce toll fee or else improve road conditions

Worst fast tag ever as no services at till plaza and even after having money in your fast tag account had to pay double tax ... Please pleas avoid this company fast tag it's worst and just want to take money from your volet .. even stilling from you... And when I called them from toll plaza they assured me that they will refund all amount to my bank just go with any other company fast tag.. now when I purchased new fast tag with better survice they as forcing me to buy new fast tag with purches charges... Why shall I pay ... Anyone experiencing same please ping bellow .. there is no customer or value for tax payers money ... Modi had made this worst decision just to extract extra money from tax payers .. and he want to do this then why shall I pay road tax and green tax and all taxes !!!
