Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) has been deployed by #NHAI on the #Bengaluru-#Mysuru access-controlled section of NH-275 in #Karnataka. The state-of-the-art system will enhance road safety and will help to reduce incident response time and digital enforcement. ATMS features VIDES and VASD technology installed at six locations and is integrated with National Informatics Centre, MeitY to generate e-Challans for defaulters. ATMS is also connected to a high-tech Command & Control Centre for immediate incident response to save precious lives. #BuildingANation

To deter National Highway users from deliberately not affixing #FASTag on their vehicle's windscreen, #NHAI has issued guidelines to collect double user fees from those entering toll lanes without a properly affixed FASTag. This deliberate non-affixation leads to unnecessary delays at toll plazas, causing inconvenience to fellow highway users. So, ensure a smooth and faster journey by correctly affixing your FASTag.
