Things I am desperate for LinkedIn to improve:
1) Search - it is abysmal;
2) UI and UX - it is a mini-game in and of itself to find what you're looking for;
3) Actual utility to connect people who need expertise with those who can provide it, rather than as a workplace version of Facebook where we get to impress each other with inspirational quotes we found on Pinterest.
Edit: 4) Update posting to at least the standards on other sites circa 2015, ie. let me paste in multiple pix instead of having to upload them. Make the post experience less fragile and onerous overall.
