What an incredible journey! 🚀 We are thrilled to share the success of the first #Microsoft #DigitalContactCenter Challenge in Austria. Over just 1 1/2 days on April 25th and 26th, Customer Service Leaders, Business, and Technical Users from Wien Energie GmbH, illwerke vkw, Salzburg AG, and UNIQA Insurance Group, together with their Microsoft partners ORBIS Austria GmbH, Span, BE-terna, and Avanade, came together to transform their contact centers with #AI and #Copilot. The results, presented on May 21st, were nothing short of remarkable. Each team demonstrated how artificial intelligence can revolutionize #customerexperience and #agentproductivity. Last two days, an unique event for our best customers from the Energy Industry took place in Munich, Microsoft Executive Briefing Center hosts AI for Power Industry. It was an opportunity to learn about the latest trends, challenges and opportunities of AI-based transformation in the Energy sector. Key takeaways from the event: 💡 AI is crucial for the future of the energy industry, as it enables process optimization, efficiency improvement, security enhancement and emission reduction. 💡 Generative AI is a new paradigm in AI, which allows creating new content, solutions and scenarios based on data and goals. It can be applied in various areas of the energy industry, such as production forecasting, meter data analysis, customer service or Digital Twin. 💡 Modern Cloud Data Platform is the foundation for implementing AI in the energy industry, as it provides scalability, flexibility, integration and security of data. The platform also enables the use of advanced analytical and AI tools, such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services or Azure Fabric. 💡 Microsoft customers from the energy industry shared their experiences and successes in implementing AI in their organizations. Examples of such customers are Slovenské elektrárne, Grupa TAURON, ČEZ or PPC S.A.
