The software is only as good as the time and effort you put into it ⏳ 🧠 ⭐ Slack:  I just stumbled upon its Canvas feature 🤯 It’s been super helpful for showing the team what’s happening as we switchted from ClickUp to Productive. It’s a simple way for everyone to see what tasks I’m tackling and keep a log on what we’ve already done. ⭐ Productive.io We've now migrated fully onto Productive, and I'm realizing that this is just the start of things. The more time we spend on there, the more features and granular reporting functions we're discovering.  Our current mission: level up the CRM to Pipedrive standards 🤞 ⭐ Mixmax Everyone at Flying Cat is asked to set up their Mixmax account during onboarding. But I'm guessing only a few know the real ins- and outs of this litte but powerful Gmail add-on. Template features, keyboard shortcuts, the email analytics, the live tracking feed 🤯 All of a sudden, there's a whole new world of sending emails that I'm discovering. Sticking to the usual way of doing things is easy, but diving a little deeper into the software can go a long way! It's been 2 weeks I quit linkedin. Not forever though, I just had to go off and focus 100% on my personal development and unfinished businesses. Here are some of the things I was able to achieve. - I finished some courses on project management, ticketing and communication tools - Trello, clickup, Monday.com, Zendesk, Hubspot, Intercom, Slack etc ( you can now call me a certified user ☺) - I rounded up few contracts - Signed up 2 new clients ( a 5 hours a week and a monthly retainer) - Upgraded my Client management skills - And had a brand refresh. I feel great, powerful and exploding with confidence. But hey! I missed this space and I am so glad to be back here. Thanks to everyone who noticed this tiny VA was absent and checked up on me, especially my friend Nilian N.H Marufu 🍑. Much love girlie 🤗 I have loads of goodies to share here that would make Admin and manging your business operations a breeze while make your job as easy as ABC. Can't wait to start sharing them. It's been an amazing and transformative 6 weeks of learning On demand IT skills. I am excited to share that i have not only been able to explore the various tools like Dropbox, Hubspot, Slack Zendesk, Trello, Asana, Loom, clockify, Calendly,monday.com etc but also able to master some of them. I was also able to Learn Email management, Lead generation, Airbnb, Appointment setting, telemarketing, Cold calling, Email marketing etc. Thanks to Digital witch Support community and an amazing teacher @ Ekwutosi Cynthia Okeh😍 who made learning a lot of fun. "I've spent hours trying to work this out." "I watched loads of videos, but I just couldn't figure it out." "I thought it would be straightforward, but I've just wasted so much time." Famous last words?! *Spoiler alert It probably isn't THAT straightforward and it probably isn't a '5 minute job!' Setting up a new system in your business is a real learning curve and you can waste hours (even days!) in a rabbit hole trying to make it work. With this particular lady, we spent some time together on Zoom and created Trello boards for a new side of the business that she was launching. We integrated the boards with Jotform and Google Drive so she had a smooth onboarding system. Then we created a Social Media Content Library which would work well with promoting her new business. After our time together, I sent her the recording and notes from our time together, so if she needed to rewatch something, she could.
