Our team has been on top of all the latest social media updates, and we’re going to break it all down for you! 📱 On Instagram you are now able to add up to 20 audio tracks to your reel. That's a lot of music! 🎶 Instagram also shared tips for creators that include grabbing attention in the first 3 seconds, 30-60 second reels perform much better, be humorous, and use trending hashtags, among others. YouTube added new creative options for Shorts that include auto layout, text-to-speech, stickers, and auto-editable captions. Another update YouTube is testing is Community Spaces, which is to drive fan engagement. This basically provides a dedicated space for fans to view text updates from the creator while also sharing their own posts. X is looking to further integrate AI and reports it is having a major increase in users. noplace (fka nospace) has officially launched, targeting Gen Z and giving us millennials the MySpace nostalgia we all needed. And finally, TikTok has announced a new partnership with events platform Eventbrite, which will enable both creators and fans to promote Eventbrite links in-stream. #socialmedia #socialmediaupdates
