    Our team at Reebelo did an incredible job building relationships with our US business partners at the #ITAD Summit in Miami connecting with 1300+ attendees and holding 20+ meetings over 2 days. Here’s what we learned when we reviewed the event & feedback internally: 👥 People and relationships matter: Besides being a tech marketplace, we work closely together with our key vendors on a daily basis. We are only a call away at any point in time and listen to every vendor's input on where we can further improve - independent of the size of the vendor. The majority of our business decisions are driven by our Vendors' input already, which won't change in future. 💡 Innovation is welcomed: Special thanks to multiple vendors who mentioned that they love our partnership approach and the fact that we’re disrupting the refurbished space. Several of our improvements that we brought to the US via our own website helped to push the whole industry in the right direction. And we’re only just getting started—exciting projects are on the way! 🤳 New partnership innovations coming soon: Our new channel partners are excited to test new ideas, such as instant trade-in deductions at checkout or merging “live” social videos with refurbished goods. Selling individual products is fundamentally different to selling in bulk, and I’m not just talking about configuration, kitting and shipping. There are a number of specific requirements associated with direct to consumer sales which do not apply in wholesale. B2C is ‘long-tail’ in nature, requiring you to warrant products & support the end customer for what is typically 12-months post sale. Whilst sales prices and upfront margin recognition is greater in B2C channels Vs. Wholesale, you can very quickly end up in the red if your business isn’t set up to handle the entire B2C business model. Ship your graded or ungraded products to our partners' designated facility in bulk, and together we will do the rest. 2. They will triage, data clear, diagnose, grade, kit, pack and share the inventory with Reebelo. 3. Thanks to our technology and commercial partnerships as Reebelo, we can cross-list that inventory with Walmart Marketplace, Mercari US and Wish (more partnerships to come). We ship the units to consumer as they sell. 4. You’re always in full control of sales pricing. You set your floor price systematically and nothing sells below it. Our dynamic pricing tools do work up from your floor price however, to ensure we maximize your return based on real-time market pricing (net to seller optimization, aligned to the buybox). 5. Post-sale, we absorb consumer warranty and returns obligations as part of our ‘B2C-as-a-Service’ fee structure. This means you're never commercially nor operationally impacted by returns (once it’s sold, it's sold). 6. Our real-time reporting gives you visibility to inventory and sales to make for easy reconciliation, auditing & control.     When I woke up this morning, after a long week in Vegas, I was reading about Josh Beasley reflection on Mobile Disrupt. It feels like the industry is changing quickly. Marketplaces are starting to re-imagine a different future with how to remarket and grade devices, after years of hard work and dedication by CTIA and the working groups. Shoutout Marin Galvin & Michelle James As many of you know we’ve been working extensively behind the scenes to help revolutionize what we feel the secondary market needs. We've built a solution that will help the ecosystem grow, build broader trust in the marketplaces, drive down costs for partners, and get items to buyers efficiently and effectively. Soon we’ll be publicly speaking to the masses more about our Marketplace as a service partnership opportunities via our saas platform, on.xyz, but one of the things that stuck with me from the post yesterday is the industry has plenty to go around and we can all, collectively work together, and continue to drive the value of what we do. Our marketplace business continues to thrive.  Today we are announcing that we signed some paperwork and have begun the integration with Reebelo.  Their focus on the circular economy and their tremendous growth is something we cannot let sit on the table any longer. Lastly, kudos to Bob Lafon and the Mobile Disrupt team, in just a few short years you’ve put together what many are now calling the mobile industry show of the year!
