Fridays are usually about taking it a little easy—catching up with colleagues, diving into data, or just wrapping up the week’s last to-dos. (Unless it’s quarter end. IYKYK.) Last Friday was different. I had the privilege of engaging with some of Bangalore’s most innovative customer service leaders at the Freshworks roundtable, “Rethinking Customer Service for Growing Businesses.” We reaffirmed Freshworks’ commitment to supporting companies at various milestones in their journeys. The discussion covered topical challenges associated with different levels of maturity and growth, and we explored the future of customer service.
