Congratulations to this months ✨ Time to Shine ✨ winner, Joshua Cordova! Their teammates shared how Josh exemplifies our Pillars of Culture - Swipe to see their feedback! Josh is the Senior Photo Operations Associate and is responsible for making sure ALL products get to where they need to be for photoshoots - large and small - and other special projects. Josh enthusiastically helps to ensure that our products move seamlessly from point A to point B in a timely manner. His contributions ensure that products are ready to be photographed for our marketing assets. His adaptability and dedication have been crucial to our success. Josh has been instrumental in improving the processes within this function and has been an incredible and critical member of our team since he joined. He is fast and nimble and always has a smile on his face; approaching his work with a can-do attitude. We appreciate his partnership and positivity and his bias toward action as he deals with high stakes and incredibly important marketing moments like red carpet events and major brand campaigns. Just in the last month Josh has pulled over 300 samples and has organized them for multiple campaign productions, including a very important and complex production overseas in Africa. Josh is a tremendous asset to our team and we look forward to supporting his growth with Brilliant Earth!
