No mucha gente tiene la perspectiva de salir de un problema , y mirarlo desde otro punto de vista , para poder encontrar la solucion , es muy dificil cuando solo estas enfrascado en resolver efectivamente y rapido un problema , entonces aqui cuenta mucho el poder hacer participe a tu equipo de la posible solucion , realizando varios tipos de analisis conjunto , utilizando algunas herramientas Lean Six sigma , ( Ishikawa , 5 porques , etc) con el fin de encontrar causas raiz , pero en conjunto . Siempre me ha dado un excelente resultado.
