After the mission is done, as a team leader, we should make a positive feedback to the members, and make sure everyone know how excellent we already made. And it will become a positive circle feedback system and help everyone have a drive arousal.

I've worked for both big companies and small companies, and I've noticed that companies with better task delegation succeed. If you delegate a task, let that person handle it in their own way. They might do a better job or find a more efficient way. Don't impose your methods on others. This will foster an environment of self-assessment and boost both operations and office morale.
