🚣♀️ ♿ 🏀Paralympics GB CEO David Clarke, four-time Rowing Coxswain Olympic Champion Erin Kennedy, and World Champion Wheelchair Basketballer Lee Manning all spoke about what it takes to deliver the very best on the world stage.
❤️ It was truly inspiring to gain insight into their mindset and the sacrifices they make to achieve greatness.

🌞 To welcome the appearance of some much-needed sunshine, our favourite van visited the Burgh Heath Eco HQ on Tuesday.
🍧 No, we’re not talking about a Proace, but instead one full of flakes and Mr Whippy ice cream! Who doesn’t love a free ice cream?
🏎️ Later we were honoured to meet TGR driver, Andrew Watson, and the Satellite team drivers, Josh Cook and Aiden Moffat, alongside Team Principal, Christian Dick, and other members of the Speedworks team.
This was the first time the new drivers have visited us, and we were lucky enough to see the Corolla GR Sport in different racing set ups.
🎉 Plus, Rob McKendrick, Paula Cooper, Stuart Sanders, Darren Paul Morris, Richard Balshaw, Chris Hayes and Jason M. took part in our One Toyota Sponge the Director activity! A fun event to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and supported this event.

🤠 Yeehaw! We had a blast at the Toyota Financial Services (UK) PLC Summer party on Thursday 4th July. We were back at Ravens Ait Island, and the theme this year was Country & Western!
Our colleagues truly embraced the theme, rocking their best rhinestones, fringe/flared jeans, and cowboy boots.
👯 We line danced the night away with performances from The Wild Westerns dance group, indulged in an American Style BBQ, and enjoyed sweet treats as the evening went on.
🎉 With funfair games, a lively DJ, and a packed dancefloor, it really was a night to remember.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for a fantastic evening of celebrations.
Here's to many more memorable events to come!

We are so proud of our colleagues from Toyota Financial Services (UK) PLC, Toyota (GB) plc, Toyota Insurance Services Europe, Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe and KINTO UK, who last week took on their toughest charity event yet – a 420-mile sponsored cycle across England!
Here’s a run-down of the event:
🚲 Day one:
After a sunny early morning start at KINTO UK, the cyclists left the historical naval city of Portsmouth and cycled north-east. Passing through the South Downs National Park via Petersfield and towards Godalming, they sped up the country well ahead of time – nearly missing their lunch stop! The day finished with a cycle through the Surrey Hills before they crossed the finish line at the Burgh Heath Eco HQ.
🚲Day two:
Day two got off to a slow and hot start as the cyclists travelled through London traffic in 27-degree heat, skirting round the edge of London towards Watford.
As they emerged out of the city, they passed through the Chiltern Hills on route to Leighton Buzzard for a well-deserved lunch stop.
Our cyclists then carried on up through Bletchley and Milton Keynes, finally arriving in Northampton where they crossed the finish line and bid farewell to the two-day cyclists.
🚲 Day three:
The third day of the cycle ride was one to remember, with a special stop at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association headquarters in Northampton to hear from MNDA’s CEO, Tanya Curry, on what the challenge means to the charity and those living with MND. The cyclists also had some fresh motivation as joining them for day three was Scott Thompson, President & Managing Director and Head of UK Operations at TGB.
After an early start and an interview with BBC Radio Northampton the team headed off through the Leicestershire and Derbyshire countryside towards TMUK.
With temperatures reaching 28-degrees, it was another hot one, but thankfully one of their shortest days. At 3:30pm, they rode into TMUK, Burnaston, greeted by some of our TMUK colleagues!
🚲 Day four:
The longest day yet! The cyclists continued their journey north, leaving Derby and skirting round the edge of the scenic Peak District. Luckily, the heat had dropped and although still warm, the temperature was a lot less challenging.
They then headed through Yorkshire via a lunch stop in Sheffield, finishing in historical York.
A lengthy day on the road as they cycled 99 miles!
🚲 Day five:
The final day! Our cyclists were joined by a group of four from Vantage Motor Group, helping to motivate them on for the final push.
After leaving York, they continued north alongside the North Yorkshire Moors towards Durham. The final stretch saw them cycle through Chester Le Street into Newcastle upon Tyne towards the finish line at AND-E Newcastle!
🍾 The cyclists were greeted with a warm welcome and lots of bubbles.
🏅 A massive congratulations and thank you to everyone who took part, amazing work!

💗 It’s Pride Month!
💚 Here at Toyota Financial Services (UK) PLC, we are proud to support Pride Month and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.
💛 This year, the Pride in London campaign #WeAreEverywhere features everyday Londoners who are making a difference in their communities by showing up as their authentic selves. The campaign confronts the increasing attacks on the LGBTQ+ community, particularly those who are trans and non-binary. It’ll be brought to light across the capital through billboards, press, digital platforms, and social media in the lead up to the Pride in London 2024 parade on Saturday 29th June.
💙 On Wednesday 19th June, the One Toyota family were flying the flag and wearing our brightest colours as we participated in the Toyota Pride Parade, ‘Taking a walk in someone else's shoes’ to show our support.
💜 Over the next few weeks, we will be hearing inspiring stories from our colleagues across the Toyota family and hope to share these in the coming months. Join us as we come together to learn, listen, and support the LGBTQ+ community during Pride Month and continue to encourage diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.
