It is a pleasure to introduce Shaun Stancliffe, who joined us last week as our new Head of Operations at Powerstar.   Shaun brings 35 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, having started his career as a machine operator and progressively advancing to roles such as Team Leader, Supervisor, Production Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Director. Additionally, he holds an Executive MBA, which he was able to complete while working.   Throughout his career, Shaun has developed expertise across multiple areas including:   - Electronics - High-pressure gas systems - Fabrication - Hydrogen technologies - Heat pump manufacturing   He is a strong advocate of lean manufacturing techniques and is Toyota-trained, with a proven track record of implementing 5s, TPM, SMED, Kanban, and Kaizen methodologies in various manufacturing environments.   Shaun's diverse experience spans both SMEs and large corporations, managing factory sites across Europe. His broad international experience and commitment to operational excellence will be fundamental as we continue to enhance our operations.
