From vibrant networking sessions to insightful workshops and inspiring keynotes, the week brought together the brightest minds in education technology, reconnecting long-time colleagues and friends, and fostering new connections and collaborations.

Brighteye Ventures and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. kicked things off with their opening reception on Monday, setting the stage for what was to follow…
AI in education: one of the key themes running through the week, with discussions exploring how AI can personalize learning, boost engagement, and improve outcomes through events hosted by Goodnotes, HolonIQ, CheckIT Learning, MindCET- EdTech Innovation Center and Amazon Web Services (AWS) .
Global perspectives: Insights on Asia-Pacific’s tutoring market with EDGE Tutor International; an International Education Workshop hosted by IBIS Capital and EF Education First; learnings from other countries’ EdTech Testbed efforts for the English school context with IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society; and a European EdTech Marathon, hosted by techUK, celebrating innovations across Europe.
Supporting EdTech startups: Co-hosted by UCL EdTech Labs, MindCET- EdTech Innovation Center & Seklabs, the Global Startup Mini Summit connected founders, investors, and experts to discuss challenges and drive innovation. And do you have product-market fit? Brighteye Ventures and Matt Walton delivered a session on what it is, how you know you’ve got it and where to start if you don’t.
Leadership and Growth: Workshops provided by HIK Trainings on authentic leadership in the digital age, insights on M&A and scaling in the US market with Cooley LLP & Oppenheimer, accelerating growth and Innovation with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and EDT&Partners; and techUK played host to discussions on how companies can access funding, build lasting partnerships, and plan for growth.
Fostering a thriving workforce: Networking drinks with Ufi Ventures brought together investors and founders transforming adult learning for work, and Goodnotes showcased best practices for building a diverse and thriving work environment.
Last but not least, the EdTechX Awards Gala Dinner brought together a high-calibre community of key industry stakeholders for a fantastic evening of networking, awards, and a keynote speech delivered by our founders Charles McIntyre and Benjamin Vedrenne-Cloquet on what the future has in store for us.
