We’re a real mutual – and have been since 1902 – providing Income Protection insurance to as many people as possible. All our customers become equal members when they join so everyone always benefits from the same personal service. Our number one priority is paying claims which is why we paid 94% in 2019 and 94% of all our claims over the last 16 years.
