Updates from Youthmix in July! July has been a busy month for Youthmix. Here’s what’s been happening: 🎉 Career Night Preparations:  Our team has been hard at work preparing for the Career Night on 1 August 2024 in Auckland. With a diverse lineup of industry leaders and career experts, Career Night promised to be an opportunity for our members to gain insights and make connections that will advance their careers. 👥 People Experience Team Expansion:  We were thrilled to welcome Alex Hindsley and Rebeka Frood to our People Experience team as Talent Acquisition Specialists. Their addition brings fresh perspectives to our team, enhancing our ability to attract and retain talent. 🌐 Website Enhancements:  July also saw updates to our website, including a range of new features and improvements. These enhancements are designed to provide a more streamlined and engaging experience for our users. Notably, we've made it easier to navigate and find key resources, and our mentorship page now includes a powerful search function to help connect mentors and mentees more efficiently. 🤝 Growing Mentorship Program:  Our mentorship program continues to grow, with a steady increase in participation and positive feedback from both mentors and mentees.
