We are thrilled to welcome Kjersti Blytt-Tøsdal Kolås to the Amitec team! Amitec is growing bigger every month, and this Monday we finally had the pleasure of adding Kjersti to our team. Kjersti joins us as an Analytics Engineer, and we have been eagerly looking forward to having her on board. She brings a wealth of valuable skills and a fresh perspective to our organization. Kjersti is a senior process engineer with extensive and broad experience in oil and gas. She has been working with Maintenance & Modification projects for offshore installations and process design, as well as risk analysis. The expertise Kjersti brings is valuable to us and all our customers. Here are some fun facts to get to know Kjersti better: 1. She loves outdoor activities - especially hiking in the mountains, both with and without skis. 2. She spent a year studying in Germany . 3. She is passionate about singing and music. 📣 Two weeks ago, we announced our strategic agreement with Equinor for enterprise-wide analytics on production optimization and asset energy performance. Equinor joins our family of customers in 🇳🇴 Norway, which already includes Aker BP ASA, Vår Energi , and others using Seeq for analytics. Our dedication to the 🌍 EMEA region continues to prove successful delivering business value to key stakeholders, with roughly a third of our energy footprint now based in the region including companies like SBM Offshore and OMV. Users in the EMEA region continue to push the boundaries using analytics to optimize their operations for both traditional 🛢 oil and gas assets as well as greenfield and reconfigured ♻ renewable energy assets and facilities.
