With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of our dear colleague and friend, Koen van der Grond, who left us unexpectedly last Friday. Known for his dedication and sincerity, Koen played a pivotal role in our key projects and operational success. His contributions to our projects were immense, and he will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with Koen's family and friends during this difficult time.

Last week, we kicked off our 2024 Summerschool at Van der Valk Hotel Schiedam with a bang! Erik van der Veen blew our minds with his insights on Generative A.I., while Sara Masotto turned us into real styling pros. Bob van der Lugt had us all presenting like TED speakers, and Bas Kwakman unleashed our inner poets. Our own Jaap Gispen ended the morning programme with a Marine business masterclass that was anything but dry! After lunch, we went to Hockey Combinatie Schiedam for a teambuilding event by Excel Events - Teambuilding workshops.
